Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is between C and her mother, and the Victim D (V, 46 years old) and the Victim E (V5 years old) are married couple, and C and the Victim D were dismissed on May 13, 2016 while they were working as nursing assistant with F Council members.

1. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant and C violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint assault) against the Defendant and C around 18:43 on May 13, 2016, at the entrance of the F member building in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant and C demanded the F member building, obstructed the front of the victim D, who retired from Incheon, and demanded the F member department "Sari, as he was dismissed due to the party's reason." However, while the said victim rejected and was in trial, the Defendant was able to keep the chest of the said victim at his hand, and the part was cut down by hand by hand, and C was able to sell the said victim by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant and C assaulted the above victim jointly.

2. Around May 13, 2016, the Defendant injured the victim at the same place, as above, and suffered from a defect by the victim D, leaving out of the said place of the assault, and caused the victim’s satise and tensions with the parts of the rear part of the said victim, and caused approximately two weeks of treatment to the above victim, thereby causing approximately two weeks of treatment.

3. Around May 13, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim E at the above location, when he resisted that the victim’s wife D was assaulted by the Defendant, and the victim’s chest was her wife at his hand.
