1. The defendant falls under attached Table 31,670,770 won to the plaintiff and each of the money recorded in the amount quoted in the attached Table among them.

The plaintiff is a company with the main purpose of automobile rental business, etc., and the defendant is next to the plaintiff.

A company that enters into a contract for vehicle operation and business support and enters into a contract for vehicle placement, etc.

On April 29, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for vehicle operation and business support (hereinafter “instant contract”). The Plaintiff and the Defendant set up a sales target and, if the Defendant’s sales exceed the sales target, the Plaintiff paid the excess amount to the Defendant. On the contrary, if the Defendant’s sales fall short of the sales target, the Defendant would make settlement by paying the lower amount to the Plaintiff.

The main contents of the above contract are as follows:
