Reasons
1. The reasoning for this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except in the following cases: (a) No. 16, 17 of the judgment of the court of first instance is stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) such reasoning is cited by the main sentence of Article 420
“The Defendant appealed against the above judgment as Seoul Southern District Court 2017No1478, but appealed to the Supreme Court after receiving a judgment dismissing the appeal, and is pending in the final appeal.”
2. The decision of the first instance court is justifiable, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
