1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 47,837,042 and KRW 36,772,659 among them, per annum from July 1, 2004 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On August 16, 2002, the Plaintiff leased KRW 50 million to the Defendant at the maturity of August 16, 2003, at the rate of 9.5% per annum, and at the rate of 20.5% per annum.
