Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, with the trade name of C Co., Ltd., planned to arbitrarily prepare documents to register D, which had been living in Thailand, as a director, auditor, etc. for the purpose of using it at the time of filing an application for the registration of incorporation with the intention of arbitrarily recording others as directors, auditors, etc. of the said corporation.

On March 17, 2011, the Defendant, within the office of "Yananansan, a certified judicial scrivener corporation," located in 76-101, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, 76-1, made E, a copy of C’s articles of incorporation, a copy of the minutes of the promoters’ general meeting, a certificate of acceptance of shares, a letter of acceptance of shares, and a letter of acceptance of appointment, respectively, enter the contents of “D of promoters” in each document, and affix a seal of D’s name in advance.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the articles of incorporation of C Co., Ltd., Ltd., a copy of the minutes of the promoters’ general meeting, a copy of a written consent for issuance of stocks, a copy of a certificate of acceptance of stocks, and a written acceptance for appointment, respectively, on March 17, 201.

2. At around 14:00 on March 18, 201, the Defendant: (a) the Suwon District Court’s Ansan-dong 156-1, which was forged at the Suwon-dong 156-1 registry office; (b) on March 17, 2011, the Defendant issued an application for the registration of the establishment of a corporation for the establishment of the C corporation; (c) one copy of the C corporation’s articles of incorporation; (d) one copy of the minutes of the promoters’ general meeting; (d) one copy of the subscription certificate; and (e) one copy of the acceptance certificate; and (e) one copy of the acceptance certificate; and (e) one copy of the acceptance letter of appointment to the registration officer
