On October 19, 2018, around 04:30 on October 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) in the corridor in front of the C Hospital emergency room in Busan Young-gu, Busan, about the victim D (the age of 54) and the assault case in front of the victim D (the age of 54); (b) took the part of the victim’s head by hand; (c) took the part of the victim’s head by hand; and (d) took part in the part of the victim’s left shoulder by hand; and (d) continuously took part in the victim’s body with the left hand, and assaulted three times by pushing the victim’s body by hand.
