Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.154% among the blood transfusions around 22:30 on December 17, 2015, driven Bran-do car at approximately 50 meters in front of the restaurant located in the Seocheon-dong, Busan, Seocheon-dong.
