On August 4, 2013: around 23:17, the Defendant driven a BM520-car under the influence of 0.075% alcohol concentration 0.075% alcohol level from the front of the large-scale death distance in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Taedong to approximately 156-5, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
