A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From October 4, 2017 to January 4, 2018, and from February 4, 2018 to March 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) did not pay urban gas charges under Daejeon Loan C, in which he/she resides; (b) did not pay gas charges; and (c) took a measure to close gas pipelines to stop supply in “E, which is an urban gas supplier at low-scale gas supply company, and the victim D (Nam, 48 years of age) took a measure to reduce the supply; (c) did not pay gas charges; but (d) used the gas pipes that connect the gas pipes without permission to other less than 366,160 won for four months.
