Punishment of the crime

around May 2010, the Defendant had failed to pay approximately KRW 10,000,000,000 as bonds, and had been urged by the bond company.

On May 13, 2010, at the same time, C provided false real estate lease contract created by C to the Defendant and conspired with C to divide it by receiving loans from credit service providers.

On the same day, according to C’s request, the Defendant brought D’s seal, Defendant’s seal, Defendant’s personal seal impression, Defendant’s resident registration copy, etc. to C.

On May 19, 2010, the Defendant: (a) presented to Q who knew of the fact, a single house lease contract, which was forged, as prescribed in paragraph (1), at a winghouse operated by Q near P located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) exercised it by presenting it as genuine to Q Q who knew of the fact.

3. The Defendant is guilty.
