A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was engaged in advertising agency business with the trade name "C" in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, 301 Dong 1116.

No person shall display or install advertisements, etc. in areas, places or objects prescribed by Presidential Decree.

1. From May 29, 2017 to June 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around the ancient city, on May 29, 2017, posted 13 banner advertising advertisements containing the contents of “E” on the objects, such as electric poles, street trees, etc. around the Dong-dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) around four times from around that time to June 18, 2017, displayed advertisements on the objects subject to prohibition of displaying advertisements, etc. by installing an advertisement of banner under Annex 51, such as the written list of crimes in Annex 1.

2. From August 21, 2017 to September 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) installed an advertisement for banner in the total of 30 pages stating the contents of “F”, “G”, etc. among the Defendants from August 21, 2017 to September 8, 2017, on the objects subject to the prohibition of displaying advertisements, etc., by installing an advertisement for banner in the total of 30 days from August 21, 2017, stating the contents of “F”, “G”, etc.

3. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant posted an advertisement with a banner indicating “H”, etc. on the roadside side of the road surface of the Busan East-gu apartment site, Busan-gu, and displayed the advertisement on the objects prohibited from displaying advertisements, etc. by attaching approximately six banners on the objects, such as street trees, such as the list of crimes, from around that time to July 21, 2017.

4. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant had K install a banner of “L” on the separation stand around J elementary schools located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, a general residential area, and installed advertisements on a separate sidewalk, telegram, etc. from around that time to June 11, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 3, from around that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant is prohibited from installing advertisements, etc. in collusion with K.
