1. The defendant shall pay 25,903,354 won to the plaintiffs.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 17, 2014, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the deposit deposit of KRW 15 million with respect to the lease deposit of KRW 322,00,000,000,000,000 monthly rent, and the lease period of March 2, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and leased the instant building to the Defendant.
B. As the Defendant was in arrears, the Plaintiff terminated the instant lease agreement on October 15, 2015. As of October 2015, the Plaintiff’s overdue rent and management expenses amounting to KRW 33,884,00 as of the end of October 2015. If the Defendant deducteds KRW 15 million from the above amount, the unpaid rent, etc. is KRW 18,884,000.
C. On March 4, 2016, the Defendant delivered the instant building to the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay 25,903,354 won in total, calculated by the ratio of the rent to 18,884,000 won in arrears, etc. and 1.7,019,354 won in four months from November 1, 2015 to March 4, 2016 (=1,70,000 won 】 4/31).
