When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates D in South Korea City, and is engaged in the juvenile game industry.
A game products-related business entity shall not promote speculation by providing free gifts, etc. in excess of 5,00 won in a consumer selling price.
Nevertheless, from January 5, 2017 to June 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) included the string type equivalent to 7,700 won in the cick game machine in C, which is located in Namyang-si, in free gifts; and (b) provided customers who find the place with the 25cm type, which is equivalent to 7,700 won in the cream box, in violation of the code of practice of game water-related business operators by promoting speculation by providing them so that they can extract the said free gifts.

The defendant and his defense counsel asserted that the issue of Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the Provisional Payment Order does not exceed 5,000 won since the instant strike offered by the defendant as free gifts does not exceed 5,00 won. Thus, the defendant did not offer free gifts exceeding 5,00 won as stated in the facts charged of this case.
