The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The defendant asserts that the punishment sentenced by the court below (5 million won of fine) is too unreasonable on the grounds of appeal. However, in full view of the various circumstances, including the fact that the defendant had been punished several times with drinking and non-license, but led to the crime of this case, etc., the court below's sentence which the court below sentenced to is unreasonable on the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
