1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,620,725 as well as 5% per annum from September 3, 2014 to June 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 through 3, 9-1 and 2, witness B, and C’s testimony and arguments, the Plaintiff joined the Defendant Company on Aug. 13, 1993 and retired on Oct. 31, 2013, and the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 33,620,725 with salary during the above service period, bonus, and retirement allowance, and it is recognized that the Defendant agreed to pay it.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 3,620,725 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from September 3, 2014 to the rendering of this sentence and 20% per annum from the next day to the full payment day, as claimed by the plaintiff, within the scope of interest rate for delay as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, since 14 days after the retirement of the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
