A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has served as the head of the C Accounting Office located in B in the Chungcheongbuk-gun.

1. On May 31, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would not have any intent or ability to resolve the corporate tax of the Victim E, a corporation run by Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and that all of the funds received from the victims would have been used to pay personal debts and overdue credit card payments.
