1. The Plaintiff:

A. 1) G Urban Environment Improvement Association (hereinafter “instant association”)

The former Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (amended by Act No. 11293, Feb. 1, 2012; hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) after designation and public notice of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s rearrangement zone on December 10, 2009.

(2) On March 18, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction work (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Plaintiff on December 10, 2010, by opening a general assembly of the instant association on September 28, 2010, while organizing and operating a promotion committee for establishing an association pursuant to Article 13.

Article 15 (Loan of Project Promotion Expenses) (1) The instant association may request the Plaintiff in writing after consulting with the Plaintiff at the time the actual cost of the project implementation is required for the implementation of the instant project, and the Plaintiff shall lend the following expenses:

Article 17 (Lending of Operating Expenses of the Association) The Plaintiff shall, on the 30th day of each month, lend 15 million won per month to the account designated by the instant association from the contract date to the association without interest.
