A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a Maz car;

At around 21:20 on August 16, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with the alcohol concentration of 0.210%, and led to the passage from the south High School to the KBS on the side of the other high school.

At the time, there was a need to safely drive a car at night, and there was a place where the center line of the yellow-ray was installed, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to see the front left well and to safely drive the car.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant got the front portion of the DNA car driving in the opposite direction of the Defendant, which was driven by C while under the influence of alcohol, due to the negligence of the Defendant running along the center line.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving the said marina car in a situation where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of drinking, suffered from the victim E (V, 16 years of age) who was boarding the said car, with approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around August 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) and driven a B Mart car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.210% from the section of 500 meters, from the front of a restaurant to the front of a Confucian School located in the same Dong-si Do.
