Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2007, the Defendant: (a) at the Gwangju District Court of Gwangju on the charge of violation of the Road Traffic Act; (b) at the same court on July 4, 2013, issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for the same crime; and (c) at least twice a person who violated the provision on the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol on at least two occasions; and (d) on October 1, 2013, the Defendant driven a Bbenz car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.079% from the front side of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Suwon District of Gwangju to about 22:09 on October 1, 2013.
