E on behalf of the Plaintiff, entrusted the Plaintiff with the preparation of a process deed with the content that the Plaintiff guaranteed the Defendant’s joint and several debt, and accordingly, the process deed as stated in Section 1 of the Disposition was prepared, but the Plaintiff did not have the authority to express the above commission on behalf of the Plaintiff (Evidence 8). Therefore, the effect of the above process deed does not extend to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, compulsory execution against the plaintiff's property should not be permitted based on the above process deed.
