Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2016, around 13:12, the Defendant driven a subway 270-1, which was located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with no driver's license, on the way from the subway 2k-1 to the front road of the Jung-gu Juvenile Training Center located in 332, according to the same Gu.
