Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a passenger transport business shall obtain a license from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or register with the Mayor

Nevertheless, at around 20:40 on February 12, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a license or filing for registration as above, was in front of the office building of the International Airport for the Kimhae International Airport located in 108, Gannam-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, to receive KRW 100,000 from the passenger C of the nationality of the Republic of Korea, and the above passenger and the cargo were to be loaded to the E hotel at the seat of the said passenger and the cargo in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant operated passenger transport business without obtaining a license or registering it.
