1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) indicated the attached Form 1 drawings among the attached Form 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.

Basic Facts
Plaintiff
1) The land owned and its ground buildings 1) D large 298 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
3) On the ground, there are 43.6 square meters of unregistered housing that was approved for use in 1943 (hereinafter “instant housing”).
(2) On October 30, 1968, E purchased the instant house at around 1950, and resided together with F, the wife, from around that time, to the time of his death. On October 30, 1968, E filed a move-in report with the location of the instant house at its domicile (only in the case of E’s resident registration record card, the address of E is indicated as “Y, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun,” but this is due to the lack of administrative procedures that match the number of the address and the building register on the resident registration record card, and the said address refers to
2) Around 1960, E extended the number of unregistered houses 27.4 square meters adjacent to thewest of the instant house among the land No. 1 of this case (E’s family members built a new bond of a non-registered warehouse on the ground of (a) part of the instant house, which was connected in order to each point of (b) section of attached Form 12, 13, 14, 15, and 12 adjacent to the instant house (the instant house was removed later, and the said extended house was removed later).
