A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM5 vehicle.

1. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 16:50 on March 13, 2013, changed the two lanes into one lane for the victim’s DNA driving, driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.172%, and driving the said vehicle at the 0.172% of the blood alcohol level, and driving the said two lanes from the Chuncheon river to the two lanes in Seoul, the Defendant was due to the negligence in the course of business, and the victim’s DNA driving, driving the said vehicle along the one lane in Seoul, and receiving the two lanes into the back side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

The Defendant, due to its shock, did not immediately stop the said rocketing car with the repair cost of KRW 733,003 and did not take necessary measures, such as aiding the casualties.

2. The defendant continues to flee after the accident under the preceding paragraph.

The previous three-lane roads in the same Dong were changed from the Chuncheon bank to the Seoul bank, and the previous part of the victim FF driver's Gystal car, which was proceeding one-lane in the same room, was turned into the front part of the defendant's left part of the road.

The Defendant, due to its shock, destroyed the said rocketing car to be repaired in KRW 451,796, but did not immediately stop the car and take necessary measures, such as aiding the casualties, and escaped without taking necessary measures.
