Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A stolen the property owned by another person in total amounting to KRW 3,900,000 on four occasions as follows.

A. On March 24, 2016, from around 21:30 to around 22:00, the Defendant made use of the gaps in which the victim D was under the influence of alcohol in the electric train of subway No. 5, a mobile phone of 1,100,000 won, owned by the Defendant, in the upper left left part of the galle in the subway line of subway No. 5, the Defendant deducted the victim from one cell phone of white gallon of an amount equivalent to 1,100,000 won.

B. From 22:30 on the same day to 01:30 on the 25th day of the same month, Defendant E, using the gaps in which the victim E is under the influence of alcohol within the subway 5 subway trains, shall deduct one mobile phone flive cell phone in the gallon of the market price equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 in the gallon of the victim’s holding price within the gallon of the same day, from around 22:30 to around 25:0 of the same month.

From 23:00 on the same day to 00:00 on the 25th day of the same month, Defendant F is taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim F is under the influence of alcohol in the electric trains of subway No. 5, thereby subtracting one of the LG-G4 mobile phones equivalent to KRW 900,000, the market price of the owner of the passenger in the right gun of the victim from 23:0 to 25:00 on the same day.

From 23:00 on the same day to 00:50 on the 25th day of the same month, Defendant G is taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim G is under the influence of alcohol within the subway 5 line, and deducts one cell phone-G-G4 mobile phone at the port of his own market price equivalent to KRW 900,000 from 23:0 on the same day to 0:50 on the same day.

2. Defendant B, from around 00:40 on March 29, 2016 to around 00:50, using the gaps in which the victim H was under the influence of alcohol within the electric train train of subway No. 3, the Defendant used the gap in which the victim H was under the influence of alcohol in the back of the train of subway No. 3, thereby running from around 00:40 to around 00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000.
