A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 500,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2019, Defendant A, C, and D co-principaled Defendant A and C requested for assistance by telephone to the victim G (38 years of age), B (39 years of age), and C and C, who performed drinking together on the road near the F Singing shop located in E at the time of Singing-si.

A은 같은 날 21:30경 피해자 B과 위와 같이 시비하던 중 손으로 피해자 B의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 피해자 G이 이를 말리기 위해 피고인 A과 피해자 B을 잡고 있는 상태에서 피해자 B의 멱살을 잡고 밀쳐 피해자들과 함께 바닥에 넘어지게 되었고, 옆에 있던 D은 손으로 넘어져 있는 피해자 B의 머리를 잡아 바닥에 내리쳤고, C은 발로 넘어져 있는 피해자 G의 가슴을 1회 걷어찼다.

As a result, Defendant A, in collaboration with C and D, committed the injury such as 6, 7, and 8 of the chlouds that caused the victim G to undergo approximately 28-day medical treatment, and the injury such as dynasium which caused the victim B to undergo approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment.

2. Defendant B, at the time and place described in paragraph (1), set up against the assault of the said victim A (the age of 35) at the time and place, and was pushed down with the victim’s breath with ebbbbage, and had the victim face the face on the floor.

As a result, Defendant B suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in the 13-day medical treatment.
