Examining the evidence duly admitted by the court of first instance, which maintained the reasoning of the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not properly conduct necessary hearings and did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to the status of custodian in the crime of occupational embezzlement, the interpretation of the disposal document, and the establishment of joint principal offender, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the status of custodian in the crime of occupational embezzlement, the interpretation of the disposal document,
