1. The defendant shall issue to the plaintiff each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 of the attached drawings on the third floor of the building listed in the attached list.

The facts of the cause of the instant claim are as indicated in the reasons for the instant claim (However, the part that paid the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 630,000 per month from December 16, 2017 to the completion date of delivery) and the Plaintiff’s withdrawal from the date of the first pleading can be acknowledged in full view of the respective entries in subparagraphs 1 through 5 and the purport of the entire pleadings.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the portion 301 square meters in part 301 square meters in the line connecting each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 in the attached Form No. 3 of the building in the attached Table No. 3 of the building in the attached Table No. 3, and pay to the Plaintiff the money calculated at the rate of KRW 10,710,000 per month from December 16, 2017 to the completion date of delivery.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
