If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From 11:20 to 11:50 on July 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down a wooden ice case, which was directly made of a 4-meter road in the width of Gyeonggi-gun, in the center of the road, and obstructed the passage between 30 minutes, including the victim D Driving E, and X-ray, on the ground that part of the road at 4-meter in width of Gyeonggi-gun is one’s own ownership.
