Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing cargo vehicle B.

On July 31, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 17:00, and led the front of C to turn to the left at a fluent speed with a fluent middle school slope from the shooting range of the dead distance.
