Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 11, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D that “if the president makes a loan of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00

However, the defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay money to the victim as agreed even if he/she borrowed money from the victim because the amount of money to be paid for living expenses, insurance money, or medical expenses of the wife is not specified.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 200,00 from the victim as the borrowed money.

2. Embezzlement;

A. On March 6, 2015, the Defendant recruited victims H, D, and I as labor workers at the scene of new construction of multi-household housing in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and during the process of performing the construction of stone from representative G of F representative G, the Defendant recruited victims H, D, and I, and caused the victims to perform the said construction of stone from April 6, 2015 to August of the same month.

On June 4, 2015, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1440,00 (1.60,000 won per day, 1.680,000 won per person) from the above G to the account of the National Bank in the name of the Defendant’s father’s father, and embezzled it for the victims by using it for personal purposes, such as the Defendant’s living expenses.

B. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant recruited victims H, D, and I as labor workers at the site of the construction of a commercial building in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and had the victims perform the building work from April 10, 201 to March 13, 2015.

Around that time, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,680,00 (1.60,000 per day, KRW 560,00 per person) from the above L, and embezzled it for personal purposes, such as the Defendant’s living cost, while keeping the victims in cash.
