Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2017, the Defendant, at around 10:15, operated a 837-way hot spring, a vehicle from the 837-way to the 7930,000 west-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, at a section of approximately 21 kilometers in front of the 7930,000 Ho-si.
