1. The Defendant’s KRW 138,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from March 1, 2015 to September 4, 2019.
Reasons
1. On January 31, 2015, the Defendant shall pay KRW 138,00,000 to the Plaintiff in installments from February 25, 2015 to KRW 2.5 million each month. If the Defendant fails to perform the above obligation at one time, he/she shall lose the benefit of time and pay in full.
“Preparation and delivery of a letter of payment to the effect that “,” has been made and made, on February 25, 2015, lost the benefit of time due to failure to perform the said obligation.
The plaintiff claims against the defendant for the payment of KRW 138,00,000 on the above payment angle and the delayed payment damages.
