Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 2, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant is moving to another path because of narrow length by a taxi engineer in front of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
12 Report of the defect 112 Report, and the police officer of the Nowon-gu Seoul Nowon Police Station is unable to pass through the taxi.
In other words, the neighboring residents were arrested as a flagrant offender in the crime of insult, even though they were in the vicinity.
At around 21:09 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s duties by receiving D’s face from the back seat of the patrol police officer at C, from the back seat of the police officer who was arrested as a flagrant offender, and from the face of D’s face on the back of the police officer.
