Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, from February 13, 2013 to September 14, 2014, worked as a vice-place in the “C” located in the Gu and America from around February 13, 2013 to around September 14, 201.

1. On March 14, 2014, the embezzlement of clothing sales proceeds by means of a false return processing method: (a) around 15:33, 2014, the Defendant sold the clothing product number “mU 1DP103, mU150302,” and (b) received KRW 129,800 from an unclaimed customer prior to the sale proceeds and received KRW 129,800 from the unclaimed customer, and made a false electronic data processing as if the above sales clothes were returned to the victim, and then disposed of at least 129,800 won from the credit cooperative for personal use, such as cost of living, loan, repayment of interest, etc.; and (c) calculated the total amount of the clothing sales proceeds in the indictment by returning the goods to the unclaimed customer in total at least 62 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes in the indictment from the above date to September 14, 2014; and (d) calculated the amount of KRW 1608,13608,158

B Embezzlemented by voluntary consumption for personal purposes, such as living expenses, loan interest and reimbursement.

2. The Defendant embezzled the money for the sale of clothes by the unclaimed payment method from August 22, 2014 to February 24, 2014, and embezzled KRW 1,565,070 of the sales proceeds received from customers from the aforementioned “C” to the instant “C”, and was kept in business for the victim’s new trade corporation, and was not deposited with the victim, but voluntarily consumed for personal purposes, such as living expenses, loan interest, and repayment at that time.
