[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The seized right of 139 Incheon District Prosecutors' Office was pressureed in 2018.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 2017 to May 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided nine rooms with the trade name of “E” entertainment tavern in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon from around September 3, 2017 to May 3, 2018; (b) employed 15 women, who received KRW 150,000 to KRW 250,00 for one hour, and had the said women do sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse against the unspecified number of male customers; and (c) engaged in commercial sex trafficking, etc.

2. Defendant A is a business owner running “E” in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon and fourth floors and “F” in the third floor. Defendant B is a person who publicizeds the foregoing business and solicits customers, and Defendant C is a business manager who manages female employees and provides guidance to customers.

The Defendants jointly committed the crime from July 2018 (the Defendant C from the beginning of April 2019 to April 30, 2019) employed 20 women from the above “E” and “F,” and had the said women engage in sexual intercourse or similar sexual intercourse against the unspecified number of male customers.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

(b) No person who commits the sole crime of defendant A shall employ a foreigner who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, on April 2019, the Defendant employed the G of Kazakhstan who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities in the Republic of Korea and the H of the Russian nationality as an entertainment receptionist.
