Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is a recipient of pension C (Death of October 2, 2008) and is a male-born person.

The Defendant died as above, and as a result, C did not receive a pension paid by the Public Official Pension Service, even though it was no longer possible for C to report the death of C, and as a result, C was entitled to receive pension of KRW 1,813,720 from the victim public official pension management corporation around November 25, 2008 and received pension of KRW 1,813,720 from the victim public official pension management corporation to November 23, 2012, and acquired it through a total of KRW 94,519,970 over 49 times, such as as the list of crimes in attached Table, from November 23, 2012.
