Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2013, the Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, filed a second supplementary training course conducted at the training site of the Government-Si Reserve Forces on March 12, 2013, and filed an application for a second supplementary training course conducted by the commanding officer of a military unit using computers, and failed to participate in the training without justifiable grounds.
