The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. On December 28, 2014, around 13:30, the Defendant discovered the Victim F (38 years of age) who was diving in the water surface room of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building underground “E” and committed an indecent act against the Victim as soon as the victim is placed in the victim’s sexual organ and as soon as possible.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench, on the ground that there is no evidence to prove the above facts charged.
