Punishment of the crime

Defendants are South-North relationship, and victims C ( South and 49 years of age) are the legal spouse of Defendant A.

1. From January 11, 2016 to January 12, 2016, the Defendants conspired with each other to prohibit the free movement of the victim by searching for the victim who was under drinking alcohol, etc., and to force the victim to freely move by finding out the victim.

From June 10, 2019 to June 11, 2019, Defendant A conspiredd with Defendant B through B to make it impossible for the victim to freely move when the victim arrives together with Defendant B, on the part of Defendant A, at the place of residence of the Defendant and the victim from June 11, 2019 to June 11, 2019.

Accordingly, at around 01:00 on June 11, 2019, the Defendants tried to cover the victim’s face, body body, etc. by hand and scam, and to combine the victim’s hand with tape, but failed to go against the victim’s resistance.
