1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 442,708,433 as well as KRW 12,604,140 among them, from October 25, 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 442,708,433 won and 12,604,140 won per annum from October 25, 2016 to the date of full payment, with 18.8% per annum from October 25, 2016 to the date of full payment, 18.8% per annum from October 25, 2016 to the date of full payment. Thus, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 20% interest per annum from October 25, 2016 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
