Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative of D Co., Ltd., died on March 24, 2016 by F while mediating the sale and purchase of the victim E-type netF and the 17,360,844m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

On May 18, 2016, the defendant recognized the victim's share in the coffee shop near Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.

If the sale and purchase of the land of this case has become a sex, 30% of the total profits will be paid, and on July 2016, the victim was scheduled to deposit 4 billion won from the buyer's side for the sale and purchase of the land, and on the part of the seller, 320 million won should be deposited.

On August 3, 2016, the Defendant indicated the agreement that I would purchase the instant land to the victim at the office of Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H and D Co., Ltd. No. 402, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around August 3, 2016, and transferred the instant land to the J attorney’s account to guarantee the use of deposit money on the face of the week.

The phrase “the phrase was false.”

However, the Defendant received the above money from the damaged party and used it as deposit money for the sale of the land of this case, or did not intend to transfer it to the bank account of J-Attorney.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the check from the victim to receive 120 million won in front of the victim himself/herself on the same day.
