Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On August 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million as a result of a violation of the Medical Service Act from the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Branch, and on June 26, 2015, was sentenced to imprisonment for one year for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch, and was sentenced to three years of suspension of execution on July 4, 2015, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive during the period of suspension of execution.
【Criminal Facts】
From June 12, 2015 to August 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided “C” operated by the Defendant with facilities, such as approximately 100 square meters, and (b) provided seven guest rooms; and (c) provided female employees, such as D, with sexual traffic, with sexual intercourse with unspecified male customers, who find the said place of business; and (d) provided sexual intercourse with the said male customers by receiving KRW 7-120,00 per capita from the said male customers.
