Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to a suspended sentence of four months for night building intrusion theft at the District Court, and on June 7, 2017, at the Jeonju District Court, he/she was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the Jeonju District Court and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on June 26, 2017, which became final and conclusive on June 2, 2018, and completed the execution of each sentence in the Jeonju Prison on June 2, 2018.

On December 12, 2018, between 04:27 and 04:53 on the same day, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property by intrusioning the victims’ property at night on six occasions from December 6, 2018 to December 31, 2018, by entering the victim’s cash, which is the victim’s possession, at a credit cooperative located therein, by entering into the “D Operation of the Victim C” cafeteria via the heatd window of the “D” restaurant. The Defendant stolen the victim’s property at night, such as the list of crimes, from around December 6, 2018 to December 31, 2018.

A thief, around December 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in the vehicle of the Victim G H SpP vehicle parked on the street of “F” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and entered the vehicle; and (b) stolen the vehicle by having 120,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim and 400,000 won in cash, and 200,000 won in cash, which was located in the back seat of the victim; and (c) one lock, which was located in the victim’s possession of the victim’s possession, of the victim’s gift certificates, etc.
