1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant F is the Chuncheon District Court with respect to the real estate listed in the Schedule 6 to 9 attached hereto.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s primary claim against Defendant F, G, H, I, J, K, and L
A. On January 9, 1989, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with Defendant F on the real estate stated in [Attachment 1] List 6 to 9, and completed a provisional registration on the right to claim ownership transfer. 2) On January 9, 1989, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement on the real estate stated in [Attachment 1] List 10 to 15, and completed the registration on the right to claim ownership transfer. The Plaintiff succeeded to Defendant G, H, I, J, K, and L deceased upon the death of the deceased.
3) Since the right to complete the pre-sale as of January 10, 1990 was exercised on the basis of the instant pre-sale agreement, the Defendants are obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration based on the said provisional registration against each of the above real estate to the Plaintiff. (B) Applicable provisions of Acts: Defendant F, G, H, I, J, and K: Defendant L (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act): Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
2. Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant B, C, D, and E
A. Basic facts 1) On January 9, 1989, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with the network N on a purchase price of at least 2.5 million won with respect to the real estate listed in Paragraph 1 of the annexed Table No. 1, and on January 12, 1989, the Plaintiff registered the right to claim the transfer of ownership. On January 12, 1989, Defendant B, C, and D succeeded to the deceased. 2) On January 9, 1989, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with the networkO on a purchase price of at least KRW 1.3 million with respect to the real estate listed in the annexed Table No. 2 through 5, and completed the registration of the right to claim the transfer of ownership on January 12, 1989.
Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 5, 2015 on the ground of inheritance by agreement and division as of June 25, 1997 with respect to the real estate stated in paragraphs 2 through 5 above.
