1. The summary of the facts charged and the victim B ( South, 59 years old) are unrelated persons.

On December 6, 2017, around 21:20 on December 21, 2017, the Defendant met with the victim while walking at the street in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was drinking with the victim's chest, and the victim intending to flee from the vehicle was prevented, and the Defendant assaulted the victim's breast by pushing the victim's chest and walking the ship by walking it.
