C (B) The purpose of C (H: 405 of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Building, the respective representative director and the actual representative director and the actual representative director of the (main) N in the Cheongnam-do Ma of Chungcheongnam-do, the defendant B is the (main) PP representative and the representative director under the name of the above (main) N, and the (main) N is a corporation with the purpose of organizing and providing information on the settlement system for logistics, credit sales, etc.

However, at the present time, the Defendants entered into a contract with the SK card company for the first time with the affiliate company, and (State) if they entered into a contract with RR to install a terminal, the sales performance of N will significantly increase.
Accordingly, if the shares of the (State)N are purchased, the (State) N will be listed on the KOSDAQ until December 2010, and if so, the shares of the said (State) will be more than 100 times, and if it is not listed on the KOSDAQ by December 2010, it will compensate twice the principal if it is not listed on the KOSDAQ;
