1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100,000,00 and 5% per annum from May 9, 2015 to January 23, 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Part of partial dismissal: Dismissal of a part that is sought in excess of the interest rate of 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions concerning statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; and enforced from October 1, 2015).
