1. The Defendant: KRW 33,611,054 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 8, 2016 to September 28, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff between the original defendant is the husband of the defendant's female living together.
B. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) around 2005, purchased the pent site with the original Defendant’s funds; and (b) constructed pent site 2 and distributed its operating earnings; (c) the Defendant agreed to entrust all matters concerning the purchase of the site, the construction and operation of the pent site (hereinafter “instant joint project agreement”).
(2) The Defendant sold 497 square meters prior to Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “real estate location”) and 601 square meters prior to D, for the purpose of raising the purchase cost and construction cost for penta-gun, 2005, where the original Defendant shared 1/2 shares.
3) On January 3, 2005, the Defendant divided E forest land into E 1288 square meters (the 778 square meters of forest land and F forest land on March 3, 2005) into E forest land and 510 square meters of forest land. E forest land was divided into 754 square meters of forest land and 778 square meters of forest land on May 9, 2006, and was divided into 754 square meters of forest land and 754 square meters of forest land on June 2, 2006, and the E forest land category of 24 square meters of forest land was changed into “road”, respectively.

(2) On June 7, 2006, the Defendant: (a) completed the joint business registration of the instant pention with the trade name “Hpention”; (b) the Defendant operated the pention from around that time.
C. The Defendant, who paid the proceeds from the operation of the pention, is the Plaintiff’s operating proceeds of the instant pention, KRW 30 million on August 8, 2007, KRW 20 million on August 29, 2008, KRW 20 million on September 17, 2009, KRW 20 million on September 20, 201, and May 2, 201.
