A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a car in Croca.
On November 17, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.168% in blood alcohol concentration around 20:50 on November 17, 2012, and driven the two-lanes between the four-lanes in front of the two-lanes in the British subway Station, Seosan-si, the Sinsan-si.
